VicoTY factory can print finish foil paper width from 3 feet to 6 feet. Foil papers are available in all basis weight from 30g to 65g, We can produce all kinds of Texture surface, like "2D" surface effect, "3DMB" surface effect, "Stipple" surface effect, etc. The base paper materials are imported from Japan & Germany. PVC films are available with the basic thickness 0.1mm to 0.45mm and Edge banding are available with the basic thickness 0.35mm to 2mm.
Finish Foil paper can be sticking onto various board surface ( like particle board, MDF board, plywood) by using continuous roller-cycle laminator and different glues. It also can be wrapped in a variety of profiles (like photo frames, door lines) by using wrapping machines. It is widely used in RTA furniture industry, like living room furniture, bedroom furniture, kitchen furniture,doors, decorative skirt lines, etc.
